All items are made to order so please allow two to four weeks for
processing before your order ships (unless otherwise indicated). Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and tracking information will be emailed to you once the order has shipped. If you wish to purchase insurance please contact us and additional
fees will be billed to you through PayPal. We are not responsible for

We are not able to provide refunds on custom items, such as non-stock items that require customization or additional product procurement, due to the additional processes and cost involved in the creation of our accessories. Some custom items may be eligible for exchange but only if prior arrangements are made directly with our company.
Stock items are eligible for refunds.
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you wish to return or exchange an item.
You are responsible for shipping costs to us for an
exchange or return.
All exchanges are at the discretion of Revamped Retro. Please do not return any items to us without contacting us first.
To qualify for an exchange or return, items must be in new condition, never worn and in the original packaging. Credit will not be given until item has been received, inspected, and deemed acceptable to return to stock.
Dimensions and descriptions of our products are available on our website. If you have any questions regarding this information, please contact us prior to placing your order. You are responsible for making sure dimensions are appropriate to your expectations.
